By December 2020 our teachers are ready and equipped to deliver the digital technology strand of the Technology Curriculum. Digital Technology will support the delivery of the wider school curriculum.
 
Develop a clear understanding of what the curriculum requires for effective curriculum implementation in teaching and learning.Digital Technology Curriculum PD: 16th and 17th May 29th May 6th and 7th June - 0-4 13th and 14th June - 5-8 20th and 21st June - 9-10 In-school support 6 hours x 10 ASLT to write a paragraph for CoL Board report
Request feedback from each PD session from Clive and Viv to inform the direction for ASLT support

To create and set up a dashboard showing each school's Writing, Reading and Maths progress.Request to be tabled for all Principals to appoint a person in each school to work with ASLT person to collate data Bruce to discuss with Principals what data will be gathered and how often

Input best practice strategies on community/whanau engagement with individual schools based on strategic plan and needs. Help with implementationCoL schools contact relevant ASLT to create a work plan
Visit each school and embed community engagement strategy.
Create a plan of events (Kapahaka festival, Catholic schools day, student leaders training day, speech competition).
Development of a communication strategy for all staff from the Col Schools.
Create a plan of events for staff across all CoL schools leading into 2020 (PD days, retreat, conference).
TransitionWork with relevant schools and their transition schools to support and grow transition processes.
Across all 3 strategic goalsDocumenting current best practice in Engagement, Capability and Wellbeing across all CoL schoolsSharing Best practice document in Engagement, Capability and Wellbeing paper with Principals and relevant Leaders of Learning.
