OUR SHARED ACHIEVEMENT CHALLENGES

 

While we aim to raise the achievement of all akonga, the South Auckland Catholic Schools COL’s analysis of data has identified three major target areas for future focus:

Capability -developing pedagogy in digital technology

By December 2020 our teachers are ready and equipped to deliver the digital technology strand of the Technology Curriculum. Digital Technology will support the delivery of the wider school curriculum.

Wellbeing -strengthening our wellbeing culture in an inclusive nurturing faith environment

By December 2020 all students, staff and whanau feel valued and have a sense of belonging and purpose

Engagement -using effective engagement practice to improve outcomes for all

By December 2020 we have gauged, can measure and track engagement through the community to deliver best practise across all schools.


 Writing Target

  • We aim to have at least 80% of learners at expectation by the end of 2020.

Maths Target                              

  • We aim to have at least 80% of learners at expectation by the end of 2020.

NCEA

  • We aim to have at least 80% of learners achieving NCEA Level 1

University Entrance

  • We aim to have at least 65% of learners attaining University Entrance
